Each month the Museum of the Dog highlights one of the 200 recognized breeds in the American Kennel Club. Activities include art-making, stories and books, a collectable breed fact sheet, and an opportunity to meet a live dog.
July's Breed Spotlight: Pumi
Meet this incredible Hungarian herding dog! With his coat of corkscrew curls, circular tail, expressive ears, and distinctively whimsical look, the Pumi is all kinds of cute. But beneath the curls is a lean, deep-chested herder with a seemingly endless capacity for work and play.
